BuyerReport is a desktop inspection report-review service. We work from the third-party inspection report and information supplied rather than attending the property for another inspection.

Reviews are based on the third-party inspection report and information supplied to BuyerReport.
BuyerReport does not replace the original physical property inspection.
We cannot independently inspect concealed, inaccessible or undocumented areas.
Indicative repair-cost figures are budgeting allowances, not contractor quotations.

No. BuyerReport reviews the existing third-party inspection report you already have.

Is Professional Review available?

Yes. Professional Review is completed separately by an experienced building inspector and does not use the AI Review option.

No. Repair-cost figures are indicative budgeting allowances rather than contractor quotations.

Do Buyer’s Agents use the standard Home Buyer account?

No. Buyer’s Agents use separate professional accounts with dedicated access, professional review and volume pricing.
