1. About InspectOne
InspectOne is a web-based inspection reporting platform designed to assist building inspectors, pest inspectors, construction inspectors and related professionals to create, manage and produce inspection reports.
InspectOne provides software tools only. InspectOne does not carry out building inspections, pest inspections, construction inspections, property assessments or professional consulting services for the end client unless separately agreed in writing.

By accessing our website, creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a paid plan or using the InspectOne platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or platform.

4. User accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information and to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including reports created, information entered, photos uploaded, users invited and content exported or shared from your account.
5. Free trials
InspectOne may offer a free trial from time to time. Trial access is provided for evaluation purposes only and may be limited by time, features, number of reports, users, storage or other restrictions.
We may change, extend, withdraw or refuse trial access at our discretion, subject to applicable law. If payment details are required for a trial, any billing terms will be displayed before payment is taken.

Paid plans may be charged monthly, annually or on another basis displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees, inclusions and billing periods will be shown before you subscribe.

InspectOne provides tools to help users create inspection reports. The inspector, inspection company or account holder remains fully responsible for the inspection, the findings, the report wording, the accuracy of the report, the scope of inspection, the recommendations and the final report issued to any client or third party.
You must review all report content before issuing or relying on a report. InspectOne does not guarantee that report wording, templates, categories, limitations, recommendations or workflows are suitable for every inspection, property, jurisdiction, client agreement, inspection standard or legal requirement.
10. Professional judgement
InspectOne is designed to assist with reporting workflow and documentation. It does not replace professional judgement, training, licensing, experience, site assessment, inspection standards, building codes or legal obligations.
Users must make their own professional decisions about defects, risk levels, report wording, recommendations, limitations, restrictions, safety issues and whether further specialist assessment is required.
11. Templates, wording and report content
InspectOne may include templates, sample wording, report structures, inspection categories, limitations, recommendations and other reporting tools. These are provided as general software features only and may need to be edited by the user before being used in a final report.

13. Access restrictions and limitations
InspectOne may include features to help record access restrictions, inspection limitations, excluded areas, safety concerns and other important notes. These features are intended to assist the user, but the user remains responsible for ensuring that all relevant limitations and restrictions are correctly recorded in the final report.
